PaymentVision at NARCA Fall 2015

Last week, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) held their 2015 Fall Collection Conference in Washington, DC. This renowned conference attracted over 1,000 attendees, many of whom work in the retail collections industry.

Of the more than 40 exhibitors showcased at the Marriott Marquis, our team was on a mission to educate collection agencies and legal professionals about trends in payment processing, security, and compliance, showcase our state-of-the art tokenization technology, and to demonstrate some of our integrated solutions with some of the industry’s leading collection software systems.

Despite all of the changes in regulatory compliance and security, data breaches are becoming more frequent and typically cost a company over $5 million. In addition to these fees and costs, other negative impacts include damaged brand reputation, stock price, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Industry data states that 1-in-5 consumers have been impacted by data breaches, and that 72% of consumers say their perception of a company changed for the worse as a result of a data breach.

At PaymentVision, security and compliance are important to us. We went to the show to educate agencies on why utilizing a solution that is integrated into their existing receivables management system which is both certified and compliant is absolutely critical to their success. Our solutions provide a secure environment that goes above and beyond industry security standards and guidelines.

We also shared a number of payment processing best practices, and amazed attendees with our automated phone system, online and mobile optimized payment portal, and fully integrated call center agent portals.

The show was a success! Here are a couple of our favorite photos at our booth:

But the best part of the show had to be sharing in the excitement as we announced the winners of our two brand-new Pebble Steel smartwatches. Take a look at a few photos of the crowd and winners here:
