Opt-In Form

Customers may opt in to receive PaymentVision SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number on a secure PaymentVision webpage during account registration, payment setup, or account verification. At the time the number is collected, the user must actively consent by checking a designated opt-in box acknowledging their agreement to receive text messages from PaymentVision for account security, identity verification, and payment-related communications.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP and may request support by replying HELP.

Mobile information collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes and is used strictly for PaymentVision’s account and security communications.
